Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Damaged Product During Transit: If your product arrives damaged, we require clear image or video proof of the damage at the time of unboxing.

Tampered or Opened Package Before Delivery: If the product packaging appears opened or tampered before it reaches you, please provide photo/video evidence taken during the unpacking process.

📸 Important: Please record a video while unboxing your package. This helps us process your return faster and ensures authenticity.

Non-Returnable Cases

Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

Requests made without any visual proof

Minor size/color variations due to lighting or screen display

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

🔄 Exchange Process

If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange for the same item or, if the item is unavailable, offer store credit or a refund as per your preference.

📩 How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email us at support@directdrop.store within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and image/video proof.
