All payments must be completed before order dispatch, except in the case of COD orders.

Risk of loss passes to you once the product is delivered to your specified address.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are only accepted in case of damaged or defective products during transit, or if the product is opened before reaching the customer (with valid image/video proof).

You must raise a return request within 30 days of receiving the order.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
